Professor Mohamed Hussein is a lawyer and legal consultant with over 32 years of experience in the fields of company formation and specialized legal consulting within and outside the Arab Republic of Egypt.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law - Ain Shams University, class of 1993, he began his professional career in 1993 at a law firm, then in 1994 he joined the Arab Accountants Office - Dr. Mohsen Ibrahim, where he took over the duties of the company establishment department for 20 consecutive years until 2014, during which he gained deep experience in all legal and procedural aspects of establishing commercial and investment entities.

Throughout his career, Professor Mohammed participated in the founding and launch of hundreds of companies in various fields:

• Partnerships: General partnership, Limited partnership, Joint venture.

• Capital companies: Joint-stock and limited liability, in accordance with ordinary commercial law, the Capital Companies Law, the Capital Market Authority and the Egyptian Investment Law.

• Investment companies: in public and private free zones, subject to the General Authority for Investment and the Egyptian Petroleum Authority.

His expertise also extended to the legal and administrative establishment of multiple activities, including:

• Petroleum and mining companies in the free zones affiliated with the Petroleum Authority and the Mineral Resources Authority.

• Financial companies such as securities brokerage firms, exchange companies, and insurance companies are subject to the Financial Supervisory Authority and the Central Bank.

• Industrial and agricultural companies that have obtained licenses from the General Authority for Industrial Development and the Ministry of Agriculture.

From 2014 to the present, his experience has expanded to include the Libyan markets, where he has established and managed branches of foreign and Libyan companies in the fields of oil and engineering services, and has assumed executive, financial and technical management responsibilities for these companies, including:

• Company registration with the Libyan General Oil Authority and the National Oil Corporation.

• Establishing specialized departments: Public Relations, Finance, Operations, Transportation, Customs Clearance, Human Resources (HR), Catering and Accommodation, and Technical Follow-up.

• Supervising the collection of financial statements from governmental and foreign entities within Libya and their legal transfer abroad.

Among his most notable achievements:

• Establishing a branch of Afadco Petroleum and Drilling Services Company (an Egyptian joint-stock company) in Libya.

• The establishment of the Indian-Libyan Company for Waste Recycling, specializing in collecting paper from banks and restaurants, compressing it, and exporting it to India via the Egyptian-Libyan border.
