About the founder, Consultant Mohammed Abu Hussein
Professor Mohamed Hussein is a lawyer and legal consultant with over 32 years of experience in establishing and managing companies in Egypt and Libya.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law - Ain Shams University, he began his career in 1993, and trained at the office of Dr. Mohsen Ibrahim at Arab Accountants for more than 20 years in the company formation department.
He participated in the establishment of hundreds of companies of all types (personal, financial, investment) in accordance with investment and capital market laws, and he has extensive experience in industrial, agricultural, medical and petroleum licenses.
Since 2014, he has been establishing and managing branches of foreign companies in Libya in the field of oil services, and his experience has expanded in administrative, financial and technical aspects.
